Mobile/Travel Fees are set at flat rates based on drive time instead of actual distance traveled.

$15 - $20 For last minute - less than one hour notice, same day appointment. *This fee is negotiable depending on circumstances.

Pertaining to convenience of wait time, medical interruptions, time delays due to proximity, waiting for family, alternative signing circumstances or ID issues, parking fees, need to wear PPE.

I can arrange for a witness for your document if you cannot provide any on your own. This service MUST be requested in advance by at minimum 48 hours ahead of the appointment time. 

No fee for notary to serve as your witness on a document that will not be notarized. (i.e. Will)

 *CA notary cannot witness AND notarize on the same document. 

Document(s) can be emailed to me, I will print for you and bring to appointment.
